5 Travel Beauty Essentials Every Girl Needs

No, we cannot carry ten lipsticks to a trip! I used to be this person, every time, I end up dragging a suitcase that sounds like it has a family of raccoons living inside, and of course the pain of dragging that heavy suitcase is quite… a lot!   I’ve finally nailed down the five beauty products I absolutely cannot travel without.

1. Tinted Moisturizer or BB Cream (with SPF): On vacation mornings when I’ve slept for, what, three hours total, one swipe of this and I am good to go. It’s lightweight, glowy, and perfect for those days when I do not feel like wearing foundation. Though it has SPF in it, but I wear this on top of my regular sunscreen.

2. A Soft, Blurring Powder: I always powder my face a little because I sweat a lot! And that shine shows up in photos … well not in a good way. I have to have my golden-hour selfies after all! So after my BB cream, a light layer of this blurring powder makes everything look smoother and a little more put-together. Anyone who is having an oily skin, please try this once!

4. Multi-Use Tint: I swear by this product, it’s like one man army! Cheeks, lips, eyelids! It looks like the natural flush; this tiny product has rescued me in hotel lawns, cafés, and rental cars, everywhere. A quick dab and I am good to go!

5. Nude Lipstick: This lip color goes with absolutely anything, Black dress? It works. Colorful dress? Still works. Airport hoodie? Works there too. It just melts into every look without trying too hard. And yes, I get a ton of “Which shade is that?” messages every time I wear it.
